- On dealers choice days, emails will be sent out and judging by email responses shoot may go ahead or be cancelled and whoever steps up to run the day can decide on what to shoot.

Please note we have reworked the 2018 club shooting calendar significantly this year to take into account long weekends, school holidays and other events so as to minimise clashes with planned shoots. So shoots will not always be the second and last Sunday of each month!!
General Shoot Info:
We start from 8.30 a.m. for registration and practice, normally followed by the first round (3 arrows) shoot from 9.30 a.m. until around midday. The second round (1 arrow) shoot will follow shortly after a lunch break (usually a sausage sizzle, burger or hot dogs prepared by the club). There are limited snack foods and cold drinks available for purchase as well.
If you want to come and try our style of field archery you are welcome to show up at any of the scheduled Club shoots. Our policy is to let you attend 3 shoots before you need to decide whether you want to join or not. Of course you can apply to be a member after your first shoot if you want to!
For your first few shoots you will be grouped with at least one experienced club member to accompany you around the course and help you out. Families are welcome. All we ask is that you arrive early enough to register in time and to warm up with some practice. Don’t worry if you have not shot before as instruction will be provided. The earlier you turn up the better, there are usually members around from early on to assist with set-up. It is best to be there by 9.00am at the latest to allow enough time for equipment hire if needed, an experienced club member to assess your form and to allow sufficient time for some practice.
Fees for Club members $10 adult/$5 juniors for ABA and Hunter Rounds (Vinyl or Cardboard Targets). 3D rounds are $15 Adults/$10 Juniors. Fees for non-members including visitors from other archery clubs is $15 adult/$10 juniors. Family shoot rate for members is $20 and for non-members is $40. Equipment hire is $5 per person. At the moment we have limited equipment available to hire so it will be first in first served.
